Castillo coffee variety produced in La Plata micro lot located in Colombia's coffee axis, characterized by being cultivated between 1,550 and 1,600 m.a.s.l. the grains are collected and selected manually by skilled farmers, and washed with a 16-hour fermentation, chocolate fragrance, cocoa, honey, and cinnamon aroma, caramel residual, low-intensity citric acidity, and abundant body.
